Responsibilities
- Advise clients on various kinds of laws including, but not limited to, corporate, company, labour and related investment laws and regulations.
- Provide appropriate legal advice and guidance to clients, in respond to both problem and support, depending on circumstances.
- Draft, review and revise business agreements as well as legal documents in relation to client’s businesses.
- Advise and assist clients to apply for approval or license including, but not limited to, Alien Business License, factory licenses, BOI, work permit and visa, and others.
- Provide legal opinions as well as prepare documents in order to sustain as evidence in case of legal proceedings.
- Liaise with private and government sectors to achieve assigned works.
- Monitor, update, and research related laws.
- Observe all dispute issues of clients to mitigate risks and ensure that all matters are well taken care of
Qualifications
- Female/male
- Age 25-40
- Acquired the Bachelor of Law (or higher)
- Graduated the Barrister of Law or acquired the Master of Law from oversea university will be specially considered.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- At least 3 years of experiences in legal practice.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Able to work efficiently under stressful and demanding situations.
