On December 24, 2021, the National Narcotics Control Board considered Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, Managing Director of Legal Spirit Company Limited, to be a legislation scrutiny sub-committee under section 28, paragraph 1 of the Narcotics Code, along with Resolutions of the Narcotics Control Board Meeting no. 1-1/2021 dated 24 December 2021.
The Board has ordered together with government representatives from various agencies, such as the Secretary-General of the Food and Drug Administration, representatives of the Office of the Attorney General, representatives of the Royal Thai Police, representatives of the Office of the Council of State, and representatives from the Office of the Narcotics Control Board, etc.
