On November 30, 2022, Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, managing partner of Legal Spirit Co., ltd., as an advisor and vice chairman of the Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice, and Human Rights of the House of Representatives attended the meeting at the Sappaya-sapasathan Parliament Building of Thailand to consider legal measures and international practice in controlling assemblies in case of dispersal of assemblies and compliance with the law in conducting searches and detaining groups of students and activists in the case of surveillance and keeping order in preparation for the 29th APEC Economic Area Leaders Week Meeting.
