On April 29, 2022, Mr. Ukrit Utensut, Director of Bangna Hospital, Bangkok, met with Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, Managing Partner of Legal Spirit Ltd since Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai intent to help raise funds for the additional buildings construction of Bangna Hospital, Bangkok, to support more comprehensive patients.

On April 29, 2022, Mr. Ukrit Utensut, Director of Bangna Hospital, Bangkok, met with Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, Managing Partner of Legal Spirit Ltd. with intention to help raise funds for the additional buildings construction of Elderly Patient Department, Physiotherapy Department, and Thai traditional medicine department for Bangna Hospital, Bangkok, so the hospital could provide medical treatment services for people living in Bangna area and nearby districts where medical treatment is required for both of the elderly and those who need physical therapy so they could use such provided medical services at the hospital. Since in the past, Bangna Hospital, Bangkok, hasn’t been any medical services in this area before.
