Mrs. Sahattaya Jaisamut, deputy managing director of Legal Spirit Ltd., was invited to participate as guest lecturer in the 18th Thai Overseas Investment Support Center (TOISC) program on the topic of “Guidelines for Entering into International Agreements”. The program was held by the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) on 17th September 2020 at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.
The seminar aims to inform participants and entrepreneurs about international agreements and contract formation process, including key clauses and pitfalls to avoid before entering into international agreements. The seminar also covers:

- Contractual Stage
- Post-Contractual Stage
The objective of this seminar is to equip participants with necessary knowledge on international agreements and contract formation process to assist them in their future business operation.
