{"id":572,"date":"2022-03-22T03:51:21","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T03:51:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lscfirm.com\/?p=572"},"modified":"2022-03-22T04:34:51","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T04:34:51","slug":"corporate-lawyer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lscfirm.com\/en\/corporate-lawyer.html","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Lawyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Advise clients on various kinds of laws including, but not limited to, corporate, company, labour and related investment laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate legal advice and guidance to clients, in respond to both problem and support, depending on circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and revise business agreements as well as legal documents in relation to client\u2019s businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Advise and assist clients to apply for approval or license including, but not limited to, Alien Business License, factory licenses, BOI, work permit and visa, and others.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal opinions as well as prepare documents in order to sustain as evidence in case of legal proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with private and government sectors to achieve assigned works.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, update, and research related laws.<\/li>\n<li>Observe all dispute issues of clients to mitigate risks and ensure that all matters are well taken care of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Female\/male<\/li>\n<li>Age 25-40<\/li>\n<li>Acquired the Bachelor of Law (or higher)<\/li>\n<li>Graduated the Barrister of Law or acquired the Master of Law from oversea university will be specially considered.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English is essential.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experiences in legal practice.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and cooperation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work efficiently under stressful and demanding situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities\u00a0 Advise clients on various kinds of laws including, but not limited to, corporate, company, labour and related investment laws and regulations.
