The program was held by the Thai Board of Investment \u00a0(BOI) on 2nd September 2017 at \u00a0Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar aims to inform participants and entrepreneurs about international agreements and contract formation process, including key clauses and pitfalls to avoid before entering into international agreements.
