On the 14th of March B.E. 2551 (2008), the Office of Consumer Protection appointed Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, Managing Director of Legal Spirit Consultant Company Limited, to be a director of committee related to contract. The said committee aims to protect consumers\u2019 rights with respect to the contracts in order to avoid disadvantages generated by unfair contract. In this regard, Legal Spirit Consultant Company Limited takes this opportunity to be one of the organizations to build up legal protection for the consumers obtaining unfair treats created by contract between consumers and business operators.<\/p>\n

Nowadays, the followings are the six business categories controlled by contract:-<\/strong><\/p>\n
