Mrs. Sahattaya Jaisamut, deputy managing director of Legal Spirit Ltd. and SME Legal Spirit Ltd. was invited to participate as guest lecturer in the 14th Thai Overseas Investment Support Center (TOISC) program on the topic of “Guidelines for Entering into International Agreements”. The program was held by the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) on 6th Octorber2018 at Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok.
The seminar aims to inform participants and entrepreneurs about international agreements and contract formation process, including key clauses and pitfalls to avoid before entering into international agreements. The seminar also covers:

The objective of this seminar is to equip participants with necessary knowledge on international agreements and contract formation process to assist them in their future business operation.
