Legal Spirit Ltd. was selected by National Innovation Agency (NIA) as professional service provider for Thai entrepreneurs who participate in “MIND CREDIT” (Managing Innovation Development Credit) project. The project is NIA’s recent instrument in promoting innovation development in Thailand by providing Thai entrepreneurs access to various professional service providers in fields that are integral to expansion and development of innovation businesses in order to promote national competitiveness, facilitate efficient development of innovation businesses, and transform Thailand into an innovation-driven economy.
Professional service providers in MIND CREDIT project are categorized into four areas. For legal regulations and government approval/license/permit section, NIA has selected five law firms as professional service providers as follows:
