On 29 June 2017, Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut and Mrs. Sahattaya Jaisamut, managing director and deputy managing director of Legal Spirit Limited, along with other staff from Legal Spirit Ltd., were invited to participate in the conference as guest lecturers for academic seminar on “IP Protection in brands and innovative products”, held by National Innovation Agency (NIA) at room 301, 3rd Floor, Co-Innovating Space, Innovation Park
The seminar aims to promote better understanding of protection of intellectual property rights in innovative products in order to create opportunities and add sustainable value to innovative products and services as innovation is an important key to business growth. The seminar topics include:
- Importance of intellectual property rights in innovative products
- How intellectual property yields competitive advantages in innovation business
- How entrepreneurs can protect their intellectual property
- Workshop on application for design patent
From over 100 applicants, only 30 participants were selected by NIA to join the seminar.
The objective of this seminar is to equip participants with necessary knowledge on intellectual property and patent registration to assist them in their future business operation.
