On the 17th September 2012, Khun Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut, Managing Director of Legal Spirit Company Limited, acting as a Director and Deputy Secretary General of ASSANEE POLAJAN FOUNDATION (NAIPEE) together with the Board of Directors of the mentioned foundation, comprising of Khun Yuenyad Jaisamut, president of the foundation, Dr. Kittipong Kitayarak, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Khun Suppachai Jaisamut, Member of the House of Representative, Khun Chaowalit Sawaddiraksa, lawyer of Ocean Law Office, Khun Jiraporn Bunnag, former Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the National Security Council, Khun Jiranant Prasertkul, S.E.A Write Awarded Poet, Khun Tarit Pengdit, Director General of Department of Special Investigation, Dr. Amorn Wanitwiwat, Director of Center for Thai Justice Research and Development, Khun Tanachart Sangpradab Thammachot, Legal Expert in areas of Economic and Administrative Law, Khun Ruenwadee Suwanmongkol, former Director General of Department of Probation and Khun Chanchao Chaiyanukit, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice did grant ASSANEE POLAJAN AWARD to Mr. Damrong Pidech, Director General of Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, in the field of Excellent Law Enforcement and Mr. Yuenyong Opakul or Aed Carabao in the artist field as an Excellent Songster respectively. In addition to the above, there was special lecture on “Justice in Current Thai Social Context” by Dr. Kanit Na Nakorn and topic forum on “Overcome Path for Social Conflict”; attendants for the forum were consisting of national savants such as Prof. Dr. Pokin Pollakul, Prof. Dr. Chaiwat Satha-arnant and General Ekkachai Srivilas, and there was live broadcast, on the same day, for award ceremony and forum through television channels: NBT and Spring News and television tape record on Channel 9, provided that there were abound with attendants from Department of Special Investigation, the Ministry of Justice, Office of the Attorney General and public sector.
