On the 7th August 2012, the Sub Commission of the Bill Act B.E. dealing with Joint Venture for Private Sector did appoint Khun Kiatkrerkkrai jaisamut, Managing Director of Legal Spirit Company Limited, to be a consultant of the Sub Commission of theBill Act B.E. dealing with Joint Venture for Private Sector, owing himself to provide advice and suggestion, concerning bill of such Act, to the Sub Commission of the Bill Act B.E. dealing with Joint Venture for Private Sector.
