On April 8, 2026, Mr. Phisek Sangkhawanich, Executive Director of Proud Vanich Co., Ltd. and former executive of Sena Vanich Development Co., Ltd., met with Mr. Kiatkrerkkrai Jaisamut and Ms. Sahatthaya Jaisamut, Managing Directors of Legal Spirit Ltd. with Mr. Chayinthorn Chaisunthorn, former Senior Vice President of Bank of Ayudhya and a financial and banking advisor attended the meeting as well to discuss a potential joint investment in real estate with a Singaporean business group.
