On the 26th of June 2014, Mr. Kiatkrekkrai Jaisamut, managing director, accompanied with Ms. Sahattaya Jaisamut, deputy managing director of Legal Spirit Ltd. , have been invited to speak in the academic seminar on “Legal Effects of Entering to Asean Community” constituted by Phranakhon Rajabhat University, Law Program at Kitchatorn 1 Conference Room to provide legal knowledge to years 1-4 students and the lecturers of the university to be prepared for entering to Asean Economics Community (AEC) in the upcoming year 2015. This lecture is divided into many parts i.e. the integration of AEC, legal obstruction to the entering of AEC, Thai foreign business law after the opening of AEC and also the substantial effects of AEC to Thai industrial investment law which the seminar is gaining popularity among the students and lecturers staff.
